The Celiac Support Association (CSA) is a membership-based organization committed to advancing the health and well-being of individuals with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities through research, education, and support. As a public charity, CSA relies on the dedication of member-volunteers who work at local, regional, national, and international levels to raise awareness, improve diagnosis, and enhance treatment options.   • Celiac Foods, LLC is a for profit company owned solely by CSA. Celiac Foods can enter into profit making ventures on its own or in partnership with other for profits to benefit CSA and the CSA membership. CSA pays taxes on proceeds of this company, a Nebraska company. Email proposals to celiacs@csaceliacs.org
  • Innovative Food Project, LLC is a for profit partnership with Montana Gluten-free Processors, established to manage the jointly owned patent of Timtana, a nutrient dense gluten-free grain. Yearly this partnership pays a royalty to Montana State University for the patent developed by David Sands, PhD and others. The partnership is not limited to Timtana and may explore additional gluten-free projects of benefit to CSA and the CSA membership. The partnership pays taxes on the proceeds of the partnership, a Nebraska company.
