Gluten-Free Diet: GF Recipes: "Quick" Chili
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 8 ounce can GF tomato sauce
1 16 ounce can kidney beans
Directions
Sauté the beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain excess oil. Add tomato sauce, milk, chili powder and kidney beans. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
