Gluten-Free Diet: GF Recipes: Scalloped Corn
Ingredients
1 15 ounce can GF cream style corn
2 tablespoons corn starch
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
Directions
Mix corn, eggs, sugar, salt and corn starch well. Add evaporated milk and mix. Grease a casserole and pour in mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
