As a national organization, The Celiac Sprue Association (CSA) gathers a substantial amount of individual and collective information about its members during the normal course of business. Because much, if not all, of the information collected is private and/or personal, CSA voluntarily operates under the following privacy policy regarding the receipt, storage, handling and dissemination of such information both individually and collectively:
- NO member information of any nature, either individually or collectively, shall be divulged to any individual or organization under ANY circumstances without the express, written authorization of the specific member(s) involved and/or the Executive Committee.
- The Executive Committee shall be responsible for approving Procedures to implement this policy.
- The Executive Director shall be responsible for implementing all Procedures approved under this policy.
- The Executive Committee shall be responsible for resolving any conflicts or questions that may occur as a result of this policy.
