This is the international recognized symbol for ‘gluten-free.’ At this time, however, there is not a single definition of ‘gluten-free’ that is accepted world-wide.

Donations to our scholarship fund are needed

Camp Celiac 2009 is looking for people to donate to our scholarship fund. This year, we have six children needing assistance and only enough scholarship money for one. With the struggling economy, families are finding it difficult to send their children to camp. Last year we were able to provide six scholarships and this year we have funding for one. Interested persons should email Camp Director Tanis Collard at csgc@verizon.net for information on how to help. Thank you for your consideration.

Food Allergy Statement
Camp Celiac provides a gluten-free menu for all campers. Those attendees that need to adhere to a lactose free diet must notify Camp Celiac at the time of registration. In 2007, Camp Celiac had over 25 other food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances to research at each meal in addition to ensuring our campers a gluten-free week. Due to this overwhelming need to review dietary ingredients, Camp Celiac will no longer be able to accommodate any other dietary intolerances, allergies and sensitivities. We regret the inconvenience that this poses to our past and present
attendees and appreciate your understanding of our policy.
