How do I register for CSA Dietitian Day?

• The registration form will be in Lifeline Issue II or can be printed from www.csaceliacs.org.

        Mail the form with your check or with credit card information.

• Registrations can also be made by calling (877) CSA-4-CSA with a credit card.
• On-site registration will be accepted; however, meals and materials for last minute registrants may not be available.

Will there be infant and toddler care available during CSA Dietitian Day?

Neither CSA nor the Omni Tucson National Golf Resort & Spa can provide child care.

Will lunch and snacks be gluten-free?

Yes, lunch on Thursday will be gluten-free. Menus are developed by CSA Executive Chef Aaron Flores of Chef Aaron, Inc. in cooperation with Omni Tucson National Golf Resort & Spa Executive Chef.  CSA offers lactose-free and vegetarian meals. Mark these preferences on your registration form.

Will resort restaurant staff understand requests for gluten-free meals?

The staff and management of the Catalina Grill, the Fiesta Café and the Legends Bar and Grill will be familiar with the special dietary needs of individuals with celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis.  To accommodate those attendees who are staying longer at the resort, the Omni restaurants will include gluten-free entrée items on their menus for at least the two days prior to the event and the two days following.

What transportation is available from the airport to the resort?
Neither CSA nor Omni Tucson National Golf Resort & Spa will offer transportation.

A gluten-free restaurant list for the Tucson, Arizona area is available now at www.csaceliacs.org on 2007 CSA Dietitian Day website.  Restaurant lists will also be available at the Tucson chapter table.
